Add the garam masala, turmeric, and cumin. Now take a fry pan and fry on the both of the sides when the steak is fry now heat the grill pan and grilled the steak till the grill marks apper on it. Combine the seasoning salt, lemon and pepper seasoning and kosher salt together in a small bowl. Add lots of black pepper, to taste, and mix to create a rub for your steaks.

  1. First prepare your marinade. Season your steak with salt and black pepper.
  2. Then take your Dania, garlic ginger paste, turmeric, chilli, Garam masala,vinegar and blend.
  3. Once ready add your mala give a slight blend and pour your mixture to the steak. Let it sit for an hour or two.

  5. For the masala chips fry them, first in a separate pan add 1tbs tomato paste, 3tbs tomato sauce, 1clove of garlic crushed, capsicum, chillies, Dania, lemon juice 1tbs and salt. Cook till the paste is thick.Put on low heat add your fries give a good mix and it's ready.
  6. Now take your steak,heat your pan add oil like ⅛of a cup and put your steak.cook each side for 6-8mins.
  7. When almost done take some rosemary drop it in your pan and let that aroma mix with your steak.

Combine the seasoning salt, lemon and pepper seasoning and kosher salt together in a small bowl. Add lots of black pepper, to taste, and mix to create a rub for your steaks. Sprinkle some of the rub on one side of the steaks and rub it all over, then flip and rub the remaining seasoning all over the steaks. Bring a skillet to medium heat. Generously season steaks with salt and pepper.
