In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery.
Steps to make Beef stew:
- In a sauce pan first add the meat and water,bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
- After the water has dried out, add onions and oil.
- Then add tomatoes and salt, mix thoughly using a fork
- Cook for ten minutes then add potatoes.
- Add some water to make a good stew and cook for 15 min.
- Add the well chopped dhania and cook for 1 min.
- Then serve.
