Cheesy Chops

  6. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice with a side of steamed broccoli or crisp salad. Enjoy!

Pour the soup over the pork chops. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Peel and chip potatoes into large fat chips. Remove from water and lay on a chopping board or plate to cool, not overlapping. Add pork chops to an oven proof skillet (cast iron, carbon steel or stainless steel).
