Instructions to make Crispy fried Mutton:
- Marinate the mutton in yoghurt, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, meat tenderizer for 1 hour
- Cook the meat with it's marinade. The mutton will be tender within the yoghurt water while cooking but still you can add a little water if needed
- Once cooked let the gravy dry out completely
- Take out mutton pieces and dip then in egg one by one
- Roll the mutton pieces in breadcrumbs
- Deep fry or shallow fry in hot oil
- Serve hot with paratha and raita
