  2. Boil your noodles in salted water til tender. Drain.
  3. Add cornstarch to 1 cup of water and stir. Add to meat mixture and stir. Bring back to a boil. I added the cooked noodles right into the meat and gravy.

Combine mushroom soup, onion soup mix and gravy mix in a bowl until well blended. Add mushrooms and onions to mixture, then pour over beef. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until beef is tender. Thicken gravy with cornstarch, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve atop a bed of mashed potatoes, with rice or over egg noodles.
