- Make a stock using cauliflower, carrots, onion and corns
- In sauce pan add butter and saute garlic and ginger in it.
- Add mushrooms, capsicum, spinach and stir it and cook it for 1-2 min.
- Add stock with vegetable and let it boil for 4-5 mins. If water is reduced add little more.
- Take corn flour and add little water and make thin paste of it and add it in boiling soup.
- Add pepper, salt and vinegar and mix it. Serve it hot.
