- Make ready 1 Bag Spring Salad Mix
- Take 1 Purple Onion, thinly sliced
- Take 2-3 Beefsteak Tomatoes, cubed
- Prepare 1 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Take Poppy Seed Dressing (or your preference of dressing)
Pound in the fish sauce and sesame oil. Stir in the lime juice and sesame seeds. Spoon the marinade over the beef, turning the pieces to coat on both sides. Fold sliced beef and vegetables through noodles.
Steps to make Beef and Noodles with Spring Salad:
- In a large mixing bowl add the beef tips and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. Set aside. Heat a large frying pan on medium heat. Add the 3Tbsps. Butter. Then the the seasoned beef tips. Fry to desired doneness. Set aside and keep warm.
- In a medium saucepan make brown gravy according to the package directions (or you can make your own homemade). Once done set aside.
- Fill a large pot half way with water. Bring to a boil. Add 2tsps. Salt to boiling water. Then add the fettuccine noodles. Turn heat down to a low boil and cook noodles til tender. Stirring frequently so they don't stick to bottom of pot. Once done drain the water and add noodles back into pot. Add the beef tips and gravy. Mix well and heat on medium til heated through. Taste and season if need be. Serve immediately with Spring Salad π
- In a Large mixing bowl add salad mix, onion, cubed tomatoes, feta cheese, and dressing. Mix well til everything is coated in the dressing. Served immediately with the Beef and Noodles π
