- Get 2 tsp ☆Garam masala
- Take 2 tsp ☆Paprika powder
- Take 1 tsp ☆Cayenne pepper
- Take 1 tsp ☆Allspice
- Get 1 tsp ☆Cinnamon
- Prepare 1⁄2 tsp ☆Cumin seeds
- Take 1⁄2 tsp ☆Coriander powder
- Take 1⁄2 tsp ☆Black pepper
Transfer the meat to a pot, add water and bay leaves, and simmer while skimming off the scum. When no more scum is rising to the surface, add soup stock cubes and simmer until the meat is tender. Instructions Heat half of the oil in a cast iron pot and fry the beef until browned on all sides. Pour in the curry base sauce and let the contents reach a slow simmering point.

Add the ribs, season with salt and stir until coated with. Add reserved water if you like a thinner consistency of curry.
