  2. heat the pan add olive oil, fry the marinade beef for 2 minutes add chopped onion and tomato. cover and simmer for 10 minutes..medium fire.
  3. Add tomato paste. and water simmer for another 20 minutes or until beef is tender.
  4. Add the peas simmer for another 3 minutes.. carefully add the eggs. let it boil for another 5 minutes until the eggs are cooked..low fire..
  5. season with salt ready to serve;-)

Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and toss to coat.
