Add the beef, beef broth and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a slow simmer. Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.

Instructions to make Beef Stew:
  1. Coat beef with flour. heat oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add beef; cook until browned on all side.
  2. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; simmer 45 minute or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Thicke stew with additional flour, if desired.
  3. Story in Seasoning Mix and water.

Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and toss to coat.
