- Cook the hamburger fully over stove, then drain.
- Heat oil in large pot. Sauté bell peppers and jalapeños in pot on low heat. Cover generously with salt and pepper. Add minced garlic near the end.

We all love a good, thick hearty chili and it's possible to make without beans! Just like regular chili, you'll find tomatoes, chili spices, and beef but instead of beans, we use diced zucchini and carrots to really up the ante on this chili.
