- Take 1 spring onion - medium

- For the dough, mix 1⁄2 tsp of salt and flour. Add 1 tbsp of oil and water gradually and knead for 5 minutes to form a ball.

- Add the garlic salt and chilie powder and cook for four minutes. Then add the boiled minced meat and fry for 5 more minutes.
- In a separate bowl mix the mashed potatoes, onions, corriander and fried minced meat. Mix evenly.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal sizes
- Roll each dough using a rolling pin into a 5 inch circle. Using little water brush the edges and fold it into half
- Align the 2 straight edges to overlap forming a cone. Squeeze the edges together to form a tight seal.
- Then place 1 tbsp of the filling inside each cone leaving the top edge with a little water to make another tight seal.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and filling for the rest of the remaining dough.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan in medium heat using a deep pan
- Fry the samosa in the pan until golden brown each side.
- Drain the oil using paper towel and serve with tea for breakfast.
Once hot, add the ground beef. Mix in onions and ground beef. Mix in garlic, fresh ginger root. Season with black pepper, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon and cardamom. To assemble the samosa: Cut the tortillas in half.
