Add tomatoes, green chilies, red pepper, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt. In a large bowl add the beef bone, beef chunks, yoghurt, kasoori methi and dry powdered spices. Then add the dry roasted cumin-coriander powder, cinnamon, cloves, black cardamom, pepper corns and green chillies (if using) and fry everything on a low heat for a couple of minutes. - Add half of the ginger, fried onions and remaining chopped green chilies. Cook for 2 mins.
- Garnish with fresh coriander, remaining ginger and fresh green chilies. This can be served with homemade flat bread, naan or even paratha for brunch.
