Prawn Stir-fry

In a large pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add prawns and season with salt and pepper. Return pan to heat and heat sesame oil. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prawn Stir-fry is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Prawn Stir-fry is something that I have loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Prawn Stir-fry:
  1. Get 1 kg Large headless deveined Prawns (not prawn meat)
  2. Get 2 kg Stir-fry Mix
  3. Get 2 cups Rice
  4. Get 1 Vegetable stockpot
  5. Prepare 1 Onion
  6. Take Assorted Peppers (Green, Red &Yellow)
  7. Make ready Butter - to fry the prawns
  8. Make ready Crushed Garlic & Ginger

Heat the peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the carrots, snow peas, broccoli and combined sauces. In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil and lemon or lime juice. Finally add the pre-cooked broccoli and the sauce and stir-fry together for a minute.

Instructions to make Prawn Stir-fry:
  1. Put your rice on to boil, add some rice spice, once your rice is ready put aside.
  2. In a large pot melt your butter and add 3 tablespoons of garlic and ginger, once your butter is completely melted add your prawns and fry until ready.
  3. Remove your Prawns and set aside. Using the same pot add your onions and peppers and braise them.
  4. Once your onion is braised add your Stir-fry mix. Allow your stir-fry to cook until halfway through.
  5. Now add your prawns, rice and Vegetable stock pot (mixed with some hot water) and allow to cook.
  6. Allow everything to cook for about 10mins. However I fell it's best to just stay at your pots side and you decide when it's ready. It all depends on how you want your stir-fry cooked.
  7. Once all done. Set it down for a few minutes and serve…
  8. Also note that in this recipe I do not use any spices as I allow the Stir-fry and Vegetable stock pot to give all the flavor and taste. You can however add some crushed flavoured pepper corns while frying your prawns.

In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil and lemon or lime juice. Finally add the pre-cooked broccoli and the sauce and stir-fry together for a minute. Serve right away, while still nice and hot. This is a simple and light-tasting scallop and shrimp stir-fry. When served with rice, it makes a delicious meal.
