Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok. Heat oil in hot pan, cook the beef and set aside.

Add little bit more oil and cook the onion until softened, add in macaroni and all the seasonings, mix well. Add in beef and spring onion, stir-fry a bit and it is done!
