  10. Make ready Spices (black pepper, complete mix seasoning, curry)

Cook noodles according to directions and drain. Fry to crisp golden brown, do not mix or turn. Sprinkle to taste with garlic powder,. Add in the macaroni and toss the macaroni around so it doesn't stick to the pan.

Instructions to make Stir Fried macaroni:
  1. Parboil macaroni with salt and tumeric. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and 1tsp of ginger and garlic paste. Fry for 30 seconds. Add the minced meat, onions and seasoning. Stir until cooked and keep aside.
  3. Julienne cut all peppers and carrot and keep aside. Also slice the onions and keep aside.
  4. In a wok, add 1 cooking spoon of oil and add the onions, fry for 3 minutes. Do not allow the onions to burn. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 30 secs
  5. Add in the green beans and carrot. Fry for 5mins. Add in minced meat, macaroni, seasoning and spices. Stir and add peppers and onions. Stir and cover to simmer for 5 minutes

Sprinkle to taste with garlic powder,. Add in the macaroni and toss the macaroni around so it doesn't stick to the pan. Season the macaroni with oyster sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. If using ground beef, cook it in the pan (without oil) on medium-high heat with the garlic and onions; season with salt (or garlic salt) and pepper. Drain off some of the fat when all of the meat has turned from pink to brown.
