Heat a large skillet over medium heat on the stove. Fry the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.. Stir for a couple minutes, until thickened.

- In a bowl add in your minced meat, garam masala, cumin, black pepper, thyme, basil, soy sauce, egg and breadcrumbs. Mix all of it together
- Begin forming round balls by picking a part of the mixture and shaping into a ball.
- In a pan, heat oil and add in the balls, fry all sides until well cooked. Remove from heat and drain in a kitchen towel.
- In a sufuria add water and allow it to heat until it starts boiling.
- Add in your indomie and cook for 3 minutes, remove and drain the excess water. Set aside the indomie.
- In another pan, add in chopped onions, fry until golden brown.
- Add in crushed garlic and ginger and the dhania stems. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in your chopped bell peppers and cook for about 3 minutes ensuring they do not overcook.
- Once the bell peppers are ready add in the ketchup depending on how sweet you like your meal to be. Then add in 2-3 tbsp of barbeque sauce.
- Add in your cumin and black pepper. Cover and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in your cooked Indomie stir and then add in your meatballs. Let them cook for about 5 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite drink.

Remove from the pan and set aside.. Stir for a couple minutes, until thickened. Add the lime juice and the meatballs back into the pan. Simmer the meatballs until fully warmed through, and serve! Form the mixture into meatballs about the size of ping pong balls.
