  2. In the same pan, add your buttet and your oil,cook the onion until brown then add your garlic and cook for 20 more seconds
  3. Add the beef stock
  4. Add the cooking cream until boiling then add the paprika, salt pepper
  5. After boiling, add your meat and cook for 1 more min

Remove the steak from the pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the beef strips quickly, then push the beef strips off to one side. Stroganoff sauce is a sour cream gravy made with beef broth that's thickened with flour. It's flavoured with mustard and has mushrooms in it.
