- heat the pan add olive oil, fry the marinade beef for 2 minutes add chopped onion and tomato. cover and simmer for 10 minutes..medium fire.
- Add tomato paste. and water simmer for another 20 minutes or until beef is tender.
- Add the peas simmer for another 3 minutes.. carefully add the eggs. let it boil for another 5 minutes until the eggs are cooked..low fire..
- season with salt ready to serve;-)
Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and toss to coat.
