- Turn the heat down to low and add in the corned beef hash and mix. Continue stirring and taste for salt and seasonings; add as needed
- Plate and garnish with green onion(the green part; optional)
Serve hash and eggs together with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over high heat. In a large skillet, cook hash browns in butter until almost tender. Stir in onions, peppers and seasonings. Cook until hash browns are lightly browned and peppers are tender.
