RESERVATIONS: While we didn't make reservations (it was a Sunday) I'd recommend doing so at least on Friday and Saturday nights as they were still pretty busy for a Sunday evening. Although everybody's taste buds are unique, most people will be able to tell that shirataki noodles recipes don't taste exactly like those made regular pasta. And, the noodles certainly don't have the same texture.
