  1. brown your chuck
  2. brown your ground pork
  3. cut your London broil into bite sized pieces put into pan and brown half way through add your onions
  4. chop your pork loin I used two left over loins if you dont just cook your loin till done
  5. after the meats are done add into a pot and add remaining ingredients bring to boil stir simmer for 45 minutes to an hour
