  10. Also add chilli flakes and chopped fresh mint or 12 teaspoon dried mint.
  11. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  12. Check the consistency of the soup. It should be creamy.
  13. You can use a hand blender to make the soup smooth in consistency.
  14. Check seasoning and remove from heat.
  15. Transfer to soup bowls and serve immediately.
