- use instant mashed potatoes; or peel, boil, and mash about 5 potatoes with milk, butter, salt and pepper
- spread potatoes over hamburger and vegies
- bake at 375 for 15 min
- add shredded cheese on top if wanted and put back in oven for 3-5 min.
