In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat, brown the ground beef. Season with a little salt and pepper. Drain excess grease and set aside. Melt butter in the same sauce pan.

  1. In large frying pan brown ground beef and sausage, then drain.
  2. After draining ground beef and sausage returned to the frying pan add vegetable oil and flour coat the ground beef and pork sausage, Brown slightly.
  3. Add half the beef stock, stirring constantly let thicken, add half the milk let thicken alternate between the two and let thicken in between each step.
  4. Add remaining ingredients let simmer stirring constantly.
  5. Serve over biscuits or mashed potatoes and enjoy.

Drain excess grease and set aside. Melt butter in the same sauce pan. Place hamburger in a large, deep skillet. Crumble and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Remove from heat and sprinkle flour over cooked hamburger.
