I do however flip the packets over onto the flame at the very end to give the beef and veggies a slight char.

Instructions to make Grilled Steak and Egg Pockets:
  1. Cube the steak and dice the onion. Melt the butter in a skillet. Sauté the steak and onions in the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook till done now add the eggs to the steak and onions. Move to a plate. Now add a good amount to each tortilla add the hot sauce.
  3. Roll them up add to the skillet flap side down. Turn as needed. Browning all around. Then move to a plate as each one is done. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!

Recipe Notes *I didn't sear the beef before hand and cooked this meal on the grill in tin foil. While the Big Green Egg does low and slow and hot and fast, I think some people still find that grilling the perfect steak on the BGE can be a little daunting. Most people most likely started out on a different grill and worked up to a Big Green Egg, and had their previous grill tuned in for the perfect steak.
