Once the cheese is melted and the beef bouillon cube has dissolved, place the roast beef in with the beef flavored water. You only want it to heat up until it's warm.

If you overcook it, the roast beef will become tough. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and spread it on the inside of the bun. Place the roast beef in the bottom of a slow cooker.
