Grease the pan with oil and place a parchment paper at the bottom. Sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla powder if using, corn flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder. Tip the dry ingredients into the margarine mix, along with some plant milk and red wine vinegar and stir until just combined; the batter should be very thick.
