- Cook egg noodles according to package. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Repeat with the mushrooms, then set aside with the beef. Season beef/mushroom mixture with paprika, salt and pepper and stir in worcestershire sauce. Add pasta and broth and turn heat to high. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream. Pat the beef dry and season it with salt and pepper.
