  2. Heat skillet and add oil. Make sure it's too hot then stir fry onion and next is the beef until color changes.
  3. When almost done add black pepper and spring onion mix then remove

Place beef and french fries on each side. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until just beginning to brown. Add beef, and cook until evenly brown. Remove beef, and stir into cooled wine mixture. Drain beef, discarding marinade; add to skillet (oil may spatter).
