Season the steak strips with House Seasoning, then dust with flour. In a large skillet, quickly brown them on both sides in the olive oil and butter. Remove the steak from the pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings.

Instructions to make Beef Stroganoff:
  1. In a large pot fry the ground beef and onion til meat is no longer pink. Drain the grease.
  2. Add the broken pasta noodles, soup, sour cream, and milk. Stir to mix well. Heat on high stirring constantly til it comes to a boil. Turn heat down to medium low and let simmer til noodles are soft stirring occasionally. Then season with salt and pepper. If need be during cooking if sauce gets to thick add a little bit more milk. Once done let sit for 5 minutes til sauce has a chance to thicken. Serve immediately 😋

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the beef strips quickly, then push the beef strips off to one side.
