  4. Remove from heat onto paper towel.
  5. Season with whatever veggie salt you like. Serve immediately with sauce.
  6. Note: I used my own lemon and cracked pepper salt and sweet chilli sauce.

Transfer the chips to a baking tray, drizzle them with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss the chips with your hands to coat them. Drain the Tofoo and pat dry.
