Or you can just use whatever dressing you like. But thousand island or ranch dressing on your salad, goes best with this pie.

Add to Salisbury sauce along with the onions, red peppers, pasta sauce, bread crumbs, oregano and black pepper; mix well. Brown meat, onions and pepper; drain.
