Place the chiles, garlic, tomatoes and onion in a small pot of hot boiling water. Drain and set aside to cool. Heat some oil in a frying pan, once warm add the steak and cook under low heat. Pour into a resealable plastic bag and add the steak pieces.

- Now add chicken and rub mixture on it.
- Marinate chicken for at least 5_6 hours.
- Then heat oil / butter in a pan and fry chicken until done.

- Take out in a pan cook for 5-8 mins on medium flame.

- In a pan heat oil/ butter add onions and saute for 2 mins then add all veggies,salt,soya sauce and black pepper and stir well.
- Now place chicken piece in serving plate pour sauce on it and in side add veggies.
